Why Islamabad can be both affordable and expensive!
Islamabad is Pakistan's federal capital with most of its residents coming from elite and upper middle class backgrounds. The number of people is limited to a small portion mostly maids and servants making a living off serving the elite of Islamabad. With this amount of rich class, the living standards remains luxorious and extravagent. From top food restaurants to shopping centers, everything is branded and top notch. Despite the extravagence, the eastern section of Islamabad features a different scenario. Eastern Islamabad begins at Faizabad, crossing through the towns of Sohan, iqbal town, Khanna Pul, Ghori town and all the way to Rawat. Administratively under Islamabad but these towns features a different picture with most of its residents middle class and lower middle class. Food and everyday items here are relatively cheaper and the prices of hourses and rents also reasonable.
